Pure Purpose is a different kind of holiday market. Our mission is to spread the news that there is power in purpose-driven shopping. Our market vendors either have social impact built into their model or have agreed to contribute a percentage of their sales to a community non-profit organization. We believe there is power in how we choose to spend/buy/gift and can make an impact on the issues we care about!

Mission: Providing employment and scholarship opportunities to women pursuing their dreams and overcoming poverty in East Africa.
Sseko Designs produces handbags, accessories, and beautiful leather sandals with interchangeable fabric straps that can be styled in hundreds of ways. Sseko Designs provides the opportunity for women in East Africa to end the cycle of poverty and create a more equitable society.
Parker Clay International
Mission: Transforming communities through trade to create social and economic empowerment.
Parker Clay International produces premium leather and handwoven goods in Ethiopia. With each product, Parker Clay partners with the non-profit Women at Risk in giving back to help more women in Ethiopia realize their potential and to empower them. By purchasing from Parker Clay, you join a global movement to empower artisans and women.
Vega Coffee
Mission: To reimagine the coffee supply chain and support the financial and educational wealth of women farmers in Latin America.
Vega works with small-scale farmers giving them the tools and training to roast and package the coffee they grow. Vega's direct-to-drinker model enables farmers to earn more and drinkers to get premium single-origin coffee crafted from micro lots at a fair price delivered directly to our doorstep.
Because of Hope
Mission: To sustainably empower widows and orphans living in Uganda.
Because of Hope is a non-profit organization based in Santa Barbara, who offers three programs to help the Ugandan community emerge from poverty, the BOH Student Scholarship Program, an Agriculture program, and the Beads project. Each purchase of BOH's handmade paper-bead jewelry contributes to a brighter and more hopeful future for widows and orphans in Uganda.

Rising International is a non-profit organization that supports women owned businesses globally and locally. Rising crafts include handmade jewelry, apparel and home goods. Proceeds from sales contribute to a global network to end poverty.
Best Foot Forward
Mission: empowering the Kenyan workforce through vocational training and fair wage employment.
Best Foot Forward (BFF) produces intricate hand-beaded fashion footwear allocating all profits to the Best Foot Forward Foundation, a non-profit establishing a vocational school that teaches marketable skills and provides opportunities to earn fair, sustainable and consistent wages.
